Ya, actually I'm interested, but the problem is that I have access to 6 gyms now and its weighing a bit heavily on me, financially. When some of these expire in the future, I don't intend to renew them anymore, which will hopefully free up some disposable cash for yoga.
n yup yoga combat is cool, one of my faves actually. I havent signed up yet, thot of waiting till Feb to start properly... you interested?
you'll be a happy man cos you'll be surrounded by chio bus all around...and partner yoga...is just...amazing..

I was sitting down for about 2 hours now and in order to touch my toes, I have to bend my knees a little.
However, I'm sure that if I've been moving around and warmed-up, I can touch them without bending my knees.
So...qualified?

What is partner yoga?
Partner yoga...hmmm...how to describe leh...two people doing yogic poses together....supporting each other in various poses...in the partner yoga practice, you will at times act as an assistant to your partner, support your partnerÂ’s yoga postures and or vice versa, and at times create new yoga postures with equal input from both of you.
Both partners will support and be supported in the practice. Skills of observation and of verbal and non-verbal communication are really deeply enhanced, and the qualities of trust and vulnerability as well. All will lead to a deepening of communication,understanding n intimacy.

Hey men thanx for all the info... the reason i wanted to try Cf cause i find the hougang gym tooo crowded. That plc is madness ok... almost all evenings are packed to the rim.
& i hate the "gym walkers" staff there... gt this idiotic uncle always walking ard, say i can't drink water here, can't leave my weights there.
i tried clementi gym one evening, the crowd there is comfortable, only its damm far frm my plc. When i am rich next time, i will bulid a personal gym, get a personnal trainer plus free admission only to chio bus... & also ppl here la ok -

There are many other gyms, you know? Not just CF or PF. Should be some nearer to your place. You don't really need a very big gym to build. Just some basic machines and some free weights will do.
Some gyms are built big just because they want to portray some kind of image or brand name. -

It seems to me that your membership only allows you to visit a certain branch of theirs? And there's also peak, non-peak and all kinds of other restrictions? Thks -
