If you stay near Bedok, Try Kg Chai Chee Gym is only $180 a year and comes with very good and complete equipment. If you stay near Tampines, try ChangKat CC Gym, $120 per year.Originally posted by Uncle_MooMoo:Hi guys, I'm 15 going on 16.
The problem being, I'm uber skinny. And being tall compounds the problem because I look like a bamboo stick and also look shrinkled up.
So...
I NEED TO BULK UP AND GAIN MUSCLES.
However the thing is, I'm just looking for toned body, not the huge body-builder types.
Specifically look for the arms(tricep, bicep and wings), shoulders(I like broad shoulders) and also my pecs.
Now the problem is, I don't really know what to eat. I don't eat much, so would appreciate ideas on what to eat throughout a day.
Also, eating is just half of it, I need to work out.
Problem being, I'm so skinny to even do push-ups properly, most of the time I do 50% push up, 50% butt-lifting(which always strains my back)
Thus, I think going to a gym and having a trainer is the best way to go...
However...
A couple of gym I went to only allows people 16 and above to enter, also they are moderately pricey.
So, any suggestions on any good gyms that would let a 15+ in and also charges below say...35per month or 350per year?
Thks alot!
No,you cannot expect so much for paying $120 to $180 a year lah. They only offer the basic. Changkat Gym's equipment is much older. You may like to visit my site below, I have a complete 2 series guide for beginner. If you want to see animation of how exercises are performed, just email me. Anyway my advice is if you are serious about training, joined a gym near your home, or school, it is more convenient for you to go regularly.Originally posted by Uncle_MooMoo:Hmm, do the gyms come with trainer? Cause I don't really know what to do anyway.
What 'bout the equipments at Changkat CC. Also do they come with shower?

need to increase protein intake and weight gainers got too much sugar....no gd for health.Originally posted by lao_chio:To gain weight, all you need is calories.. lots of them. Maybe about 3000cal a day? Easier said than done thou, u need to eat like crazy or drink weight gainers. And weight gainers suck
I think it's ok for 15yr olds to go workout. Very common nowadays. Just don't overdo it (like every day).
