Cheating can be good if you know how to cheat properly. Cheating allow you to use a heavier weight, swing the weight up with momentum then you can lower the weight under control. cheating in exams MIGHT be good..but cheating in body-building is NO GOOD! its your own body..you cheat..you get crappy results

cross-overs : unknown weight cos not specified : 100x
7.5kg bicep curl : 80x
pull-the-bar-down machine : 4plates+xtra : 60x
wing pulldown : 51.3kg : 80x
kickbacks : a few sets for testing
current weight : 58kg bah...
