think its some paste or concentrate, then will put there how to mix and what you can put inside to enhance flavor and then cook the soup...then have to put in fridge to "cool" it, so its actually very nice to east cold noodles, SOBA in a hot day de....especially if you manage to keep the soup cold in the flask.
