  think as long as you go to any NTUC, cold storage, go to the japanese food section, they will sell de...
  
  think its some paste or concentrate, then will put there how to mix and what you can put inside to enhance flavor and then cook the soup...then have to put in fridge to "cool" it, so its actually very nice to east cold noodles, SOBA in a hot day de....especially if you manage to keep the soup cold in the flask.

  hmmm... yeah... gud idea... i think wholemeal will make gud sandwiches since its dry..??! hee hee.. coz i put alot of tomatos mah... so the white bread always gets damp becoz of the tomatos... unless u eat it immediately after making it, othewise usually until afternoon dan its not nice anymore...
  
  gotta try the wholemeal next tym..
