KiddyGrade i believe has a lot of censor. But its too slow for my taste and the storyline is lousy. And too much boobs /panties and distracting scenes. Plus its more catered to the perverse crowds such as men who like boobs/little girls and such.
Hellsing art and story line is not that great although it does have its good sides. I tot its got censored cause of violence and this is one cartoon that has loads of adverts.
I like Inuyasha cause the story is interwoven very nicely and the art work is quite standard. It has the best of laughter, romance, adventure, violence, rivarly and etc everything in a good show.
12 kingdom ended just when it got interesting. I had suffered through so many episodes to have the Art Central drop the show. Sucks!

Last Exile has the best art by far though the story again is a bit slow. There is story development and slowly the plot thickens.
Sharman King. well. Its beginning to grow on me cause of the 1st episode. Its usually not the genre I would go for but I don't kind cause it packed with loads of laugh. -

Last Exile is good for 3 eps. After which, it's plainly... boring.
Like I said, old anime are better... because the plot thickens and the excitement is there.... Last Exile? I'm probably asleep before the end is near.
Hellsing is okay, the plot pushes through the end.

Lemme tell you how sad is the anime scene in Jap.
Blood and Gore is a no-no. So good anime becomes crap.
Example 1. Noir
Bloodless
Example 2. Heavy censorship on Cowboy Bebop TV screening. 26 eps becomes 13.
Example 3. Ninpujyo Jubei, fighting too much 'monsters'
Example 4. Samurai Deeper Kyo, in order to let blood stay, enemies are all monsters.
And stuff like Gundam = more and more unrealistic warfares. Practically, one Gundam owns the Universe.
Gimme back stuff like Orguss, MS 08th Shotai.... -
I go way back on anime...
I used to watch those Bubble Gum crisis, City Hunter, Gundam F91(it was that far back), Kujaku
there was more kiddy ones like Saint Seiya, Maddox, Doreamon, Creamy Mammy.
There was adult ones as well....
I missed the succulent and elegant way the story was told. the closest to what I used to watch was Inuyasha. Nowadays the stories are rather "deep" where they seek about the meaning of life. Like Ghost in the shell. I tot it was too serious.
The gundam series is like the Shun Yi Chao or the Meteor Garden where there is such a long long conversation. The longest cartoon series I watched back then was the Robotech series but i didn't like the spin off which was Maccross.
Maybe like out TCS channel 8, the script writers are all dried up and don't have good stories to tell anymore. The only nice one I saw was the Spirited Away. With computer graphics, sometimes the art of animation lost the human touch... -
That's like the 1st season or sth.. not sure abt the anime.. but the manga has 4 seasons.. there's alot more tt's not yet covered.. stuff like who created the artificial vampires.. If you like fast paced anime, you can always go for, Yu Gi Oh! ,Duel Masters or Dragon Drive. I like them all
