  that dye hair spoil your hair, makes it dry,
  
  i want to know for the blond color, will the chemical strips your hair
  
  colour to white then dye it blond? will the hair colour change back to black later?

  When you go bleach your hair, your hair is stripped of its colour permanently, then the dye applied. Bleached hair don't turn black again, you have to wait for new hair to grow.

  not all blond colour use bleach , is it? how about the diy colours, that one contains bleach or not? the instructions says just mix and apply , never bleach leh, but will the hair turns white or not?

  The ones that you buy from leading pharmacies do not contain bleaching agents. Thus, their colour effects last only a short period of time, say a few months. Those you do at the salon are professional and bleaching is usually a requirement. Your coloured hair will remain in its dyed form till your hair grows longer and you need to touch up, otherwise you end up with two tones.

  no wonder i saw somebody hair with white hair at the roots , must be the salon never do it properly, is it or not?

  then after 2 months model A hair nearest to the scalp is white about 3 inches
