but if the girl and guy are in love with each other at a period of time but they did not confess to each other coz unsure, time passed and few years later they met up and became great friends who knows each other very well... feelings of having a soulmate who knows u inside out.... purely great friends, do u believe that the feelings of love dont exist in them...?? wat do u think, ger? -
hmm..depends on how close I am with that person. And it depends whether we have the chemistry between us...I used to have this huge crush on my closest guy fren here, but things didn't work out because he never likes me more than a fren so we remained close frens even until today.
Well, love is a two way street. So it wouldn't work if only one person feels it and the other party doesn't. But I do believe that love begins from friendship and it can only develop after a thorough understanding of each other. So if both of them begin to develop feelings for each other after some time, that's great. I guess the important thing here is that the feeling must be mutual. If the feeling is not there or is not shared, then the friendship will always remain platonic.

well jur, we discuss this before.. platonic friends does exist.. But seldom with the opp sex.. And with the opp sex, its a thin line. Especially when u get into trouble, feeling sad over certain issues.. you will suddenly feel that this platonic friend of urs understand and care for u more than anyone else around u.. You will start to look more at him, care more about him, take note of his little little stuff and habits... you will probably feel the urge to console him, be with him as well.. And of cos you will wonder if he feels the same as you do..Eventually you will just feel complicated about your feelings, whether to be together as lovers or as best friends as you are not sure if it will last or not.
my suggestion is that if you are sure of ur feelings, and you sure of his feelings, give it a try. Even if it might end up not working as well as you want it, at least you will not feel a tinge of regret that you have nv give this relationship a try.

u believe love can grow from friendship...!!?? i dont believe.... i've never encounter friendship turns into love... or may be its too hard for mi to see it in that way.... i fell in love with someone almost instantly and i like him means i like him loh.... if i get to know a guy and i dont feel anything, mean i'll never fall for this person... never will....
