The MP4-20 grew horns in testing at Jerez today!

I see they've also cut away a bit of the engine cover around the 'Mercedes Benz' logo, creating a dorsal fin.

BARÂ’s Takuma Sato was fortunate to emerge unscathed from a high-speed crash at Jerez on Tuesday.
The Japanese driver had completed 27 laps of the Spanish circuit in the teamÂ’s 007 chassis when the rear wing failed at the end of the pit straight, pitching him into a wild spin at 180mph.
The ensuing heavy impact with the tyre barrier did substantial damage to the rear of the car, but Sato clambered out of the cockpit and other than some pain in his right knee was unhurt.
After a check-over at the circuit medical centre he returned to his hotel for the rest of the day, but is expected to resume testing duties later this week.

Corrado Provera will retire as Peugeot Sport boss in March 2005.
I think he did a good job bringing Peugeot back to the top of rallying at the beginning of this century.
So good luck to him on his retirement.

Of course he won't hold it for long but still its a wonderful surprise.

I've liked Toni since he was in Skoda.

Minardi could be banned from the Australian Grand Prix in a row over their new car.
The minnows had hoped to start the new season with last year's PS04B chassis because their new car, the PS05, will not be ready until April.
In order to do so, Minardi need to secure the agreement of all other nine teams. Only then will the FIA grant the team the special dispensation needed.
Team boss Paul Stoddart has received the all-clear from eight teams, but world champions Ferrari have so far refused to give their assent, meaning there is a good chance Minardi will be disqualified from Melbourne.
FIA president Max Mosley said, "If there was no prior agreement and he presented the 2004 car to us, that would be illegal under the current regulations. It would not be permitted to go out of the pit lane."
Ferrari also plan to start the new season with their 2004 car, but have adapted it to fit Formula 1's new regulations.

Paul Stoddart is ready to take legal action to ensure Minardi are not banned from the Australian GP .
FIA president Max Mosley said last week that Minardi could be disqualified from the first three races of the season if they try to use their 2004 car without the unanimous backing of the sportÂ’s other nine teams.
But Stoddart believes his team have every right to use the old car - and will take legal action if he is stopped from doing so.
Stoddart said any legal challenge would be based on his assertion that the new rules for 2005 have been imposed illegally.
He explained: "The simple version goes something like this: the 2005 regulations that were brought in last year under a very interesting safety clause within our governing agreement which didn't have the support of the teams and was procedurally flawed in the way it was brought in, have left the teams not really knowing what regulations they're racing to in 2005.
“It's my belief, and that belief is backed up by some pretty solid legal advice, that the 2004 regulations are still in force.
“As such, we've elected not to waste a lot of money that a team like Minardi can ill afford to do, by doing an interim car, as it's called that may be raced to 2005 regulations, maybe if they're legal.
Asked to confirm that Ferrari were the only team objecting to Minardi using the 2004 car, Stoddart said: “That's absolutely correct.”

I think the chap is as crazy as Max. He's really pushing his luck because what power does the court have over the ruling body, the FIA? You feel for him because his team are cash-strapped, but even Jordan and Sauber don't have problems complying with the new regulations
