  No problem with taxi driver,we can anytime jump ship to phv  n carry on reject them..Hahaha!

  Yes, that will be the norm, however, security guards is boring, cleaners, worst, work like a dogs and yet get people shout here and there at you to clear the plates and clean the toilets. Everytime I go hawker centre or food court in T shirt, people will call me.."Uncle, can you clear that or this table plates" nabey.

  Lesson 1 In customer service and especially direct face to face service like waitresses, bartenders, air stewardess and taxi drivers, never use the word "Argue", always use the alternative that sound better, like "reasoning" "negotiating" will be much better. Lesson 2 When you are the service providers, always keep calm and maintain right posture, never shout or touch anyone, especially the one is your pax/customer. Once you shouted, you loose your cool, once you touch, you are liable for charges. Statistic of small issues escalated or leading to violent charges such as manslaughter and murder or death in Singapore stand at 70%, meaning that 70% of small issues/differences between peoples here in Singapore could had settled peaceful instead of ending up in court and jail. Lesson 3 Always learn to solve problem from big to smaller to smallest, be simple way and seek the lowest possible way to settle first, do not escalate it. Statistic show that in Singapore, in 100 people, there are always 2 unreasonable one, so you only got 2% chances to get them, which is less than your Gst. Lesson 4 If you think you can let go the issue, let it go, learn to forget it, drive on, never let unreasonable people spoil your mood or day. There is no way you can reason with an already unreasonable person, and if thing get too unreasonable, use the authority to settle it, otherwise, you are are just wasting yr taxes

  In whatever you do, be it phv or taxi, you are still a driver, and driver is never a career nor able to sustain going forward, that is why, no, I repeat again, no parents would want their son or daughter to be Driver.

  No leh, that day talk to a Uber driver, he returning his car saying car good to look only, but very siong, sometime can make incentives, sometime feel like getting tortured, told me LCR got 1000 cars on their yard too.. finally after 6 months...better find other job. I was think, knn, that time take say I stupid still drive taxis, now he gave up phv liao..
