  He newbie lah..GBTB knn if long taxi queue must wait across the road.  Then some newbie will come, cut queue and drop pax at taxi stand..then fireworks come out...

  So, pandan, dun drop pax at taxi stand hor.  Drop nearest the entrance and..follow the queue.

  street pickup from orchard to kampong java/woodlands/clementi = $43.10 

  better than airport

  When I was a hirer, I usually take Monday, Shopping also less people Geyland also more bak bak choices to pick and lesser people Do govt stuff and banking also easier Eat also less people Watch show and eating also cheaper like lunch promotion at certain restaurant ...

  Sunday ok mah, but morning no peak only, many on the street, up down at time, can go non stop, grab, mdt tiam tiam call, traffic light light, no ERP...Sat on the other hand is that most pax are in good mood, Monday, most are the worst mood... Chio bu up limpek cab, Uncle, I late, can drive faster or not? Why you take this route..very jam one leh... End up, Uncle, change to raffles clinic, I not feeling well...

  Not only NZ lah, many countries taxi fares are also better than Singapore, even if you said Malaysia or Indonesia are cheaper, but if you look at their cost of operating, they are actually getting higher than us...fuel 97 in Malaysia is RM$2.00, Singapore S$2.20
