  If hired, pax pays the charge, if pax is a guest of hotel or resident or employee or can prove to be attending an event, no need to pay If not hired..(unhired??? dun test my England hor), taxi cannot go in, or for that matter, go in for fark, but of course there are some who will sneak in, that one you can learn when you start driving.
