Normally organizations that pay higher interest rates are more risky (other than CPF). Even DBS recommended growth funds also got collapse one. One time pay off using cash eliminates unnecessary worries. Also dont have to spend time monitoring stock market or fearing of a market collapse or company bankrupt.

Those who kenna is because they make false gst claims. Big sums. Eg. Their company car is under personal insurance but still dare submit petrol topup bills for gst claim through their gst registered company. Some make all kinds of claims to take advantage of government schemes. I avoided using their support as far as possible. Stuff like lower school fees for sinkies, and those automatic ones than bo pian lor. I never cheated people or sold counterfeit stuff or scammed anyone. They want to come after me also must have evidence or some angry people who made police reports. Cabbies buying landed happened before. Did they make the news? Any u can dig out for me?
If ppl follow my pattern - never travel, never gamble, never eat outside food, eat the same boring food at home everyday, everything diy, live a boring life, fark care the stock market, dont be greedy, follow traffic laws and dont get fined (i got zero demerit points), dont be religious (so no need to donate to church temple mosque) - many also can accumulate huge savings.

I dont know why some people to be famous. Maciam their face all over the papers and facebook feel shiok. When I was a boy playing hide and seek, I realised I got the gift of remaining hidden. If u can talk loudly and make ppl laugh, try be a heartland promoter. Find a eg. kitchenware distributor, and ask him to let u go eg. Cheng San or Chomp Pang hawker centre and lelong.

Feng Shui can only improve slightly but not do miracles. There are other factors that affect your life including human factor and your life destiny.
We all always say 一命二è¿�三风水，四积阴德五读书，å…å��七相八敬神，ä¹�交贵人å��养生.
Get out ot TD job very easy but most likely the next job would not be as good unless you still young, got skills and qualifications, got luck, meet a 贵人 or your ancestor bless you. However it is easier to get out of your bad luck if you are having super bad luck with Feng Shui ( like buried your ancestor in bad graveyard location, live in bad Feng Shui house or room or your boss put you in bad Feng Shui location in the company). Your Life Destiny (命) also plays a big part.
If your life as TD is really bad and you are really interested in improving it, then find a good Feng Shui master to help you. Some of them are super-experienced and have graveyard Feng Shui knowledge (which I do not have). Drive longer everyday for 1-2 month and you should be able to raise that amount of money to consult them. I never practised before, is a lot less experienced in that field and is right now also rusty so unlikely to be able to help you.

Won't one...Feng Shui masters all know licensed jobs better than unlicensed ones.
Many good Feng Shui masters in Singapore look good and are living good lives. They have good �相 and know how to 养身(and 养生).
If don't want to spend too much first, then go to them to 算命 first. Do Feng Shui a lot more expensive. 算命 good ones charge up to $100+. Fu Lu Shou complex got a few that specialize in 算命; they are Masters under Grandmaster 陈军è�£. Cheap ones also got outside å››é©¬è·¯è§‚éŸ³å ‚ near Bencoolen area but don't know their skills.
But to know your destiny, you need to provide then with your accurate date of birth + time of birth (can check for Birth Certificate). Sometime now not good a few years later then good (this one known as �). Some people are born with better lives while others have to lead more ordinary lives. This one cannot be changed; it is

But don't go and buy those expensive Feng Shui ornaments. Those are for rich people not ordinary people and have little Feng Shui effects ( they are for less effective Symbolic Feng Shui ).
