I dont know if he already went for the meeting. 1 more point is the sirraj post about wearing slipper/sandals. Can ask what is the policy if got medical problem, cannot wear shoes for a while, like that how? If cannot wear slippers to drive, but driver cannot wear shoes either, then who's gonna pay for the rental? What or how will CDG deal with this? Is image and profit more important than driver's well-being?

Cdg first is take a photo of you not wearing properly, either in T shirt or scandal, (FYI, I alway wear slipper). This is to provide them evidences, they do not need to show it to you, photos are their property.
Then they will send you a letter, such an advisory one, you do not need to reply, but if you think you have a case, you can of course visit them and show them your medical condition like HK feets, char ka or taiko legs problem, this must be accompany by approved Doctor recommendation of your medicate condition. With it, Cdg got no problem with you anymore, even you get photoed or particular taken down, when reach office, everything is clear.
For me, I alway put a few fake plaster...lols
Do not think that cdg is strict, if they are strict they would had execute the termination, which is their perogatives, it is thru advisory, first warning and second warning before termination take over.
Humans are a strange in a way that knowing the rules, they like to tease and play with it, then when get themselves burnt, they start to kpkb...lols

I drive with my shoe taken out, use to bare footed(with sock) driving many years lo....
But when get out of vehicle, wear back the shoe lor...
Inside the vehicle, they can't probably penalise you for bare footed(with sock) driving mah....
Many TD also like to drive bare footed, because of convenient, they choose to wear sandals or slippers lor...
