Heard fm my frn yesday at T1 while queueing afew tds kena,not sure for wat,maybe smoking or something,spotted 2 guys with camera taking pictures n particulars of drivers
Suspected the 2 guys are fm blue

actually u are quite right, but since its company vehicle, i guess we are still subject to some rules and regulations, so that we can be screwed by them when things go wrong
i wonder what about those drivers that have poor personal hygenie, untidy attire, spot long hair?

"Ang Mo Kio Hub....", "Errr.....sorry ah...uncle today not working so wearing shorts if you dun mind.....", "Ok lah....please take us....we trying calling a cab for half an hour bo taxi....."

when pax are desperate, got cab they try to grab already as long as no pax inside, busy, also grab.
as long as they reach their destination safely, mission complete. Smart attire is just eye candy.
u can dress smartly, don't know route, u also get it from pax

Since I'm so farking free, dun mind heading down to Citycab Sin Ming tmr 1345hrs and listen to what the 30 odd TDs of my same age group gonna raise up. If I have the opportunity, will raise up the issue of dress code. Hope our CEO Mr Yang will be present too.

No need to tuck in, i have seen many limo drivers very sloopy with white long sleeves tuck out , faded jeans and a mismatch dunno what shoe, and messy hair ... clearly no dress sense

What do pax expect from TD?
1. Know your route well and don't try to cheat them.
2. Be Polite and Courteous at all times.
3. Drive Safely.
4. Help to load/unload luggage/groceries/wheel chairs and not just sit on your butt in the cab.
5. Keep taxi clean and neat. No cockroaches. No baby pythons haha.
6. Know when to talk and when not to talk.
Dress code? As long as neat and tidy, no BO, can liao.
