Today mark my last day as a CityCab driver. These are the steps to return your vehicle as hirer.
1. Park you car at 383 Sin Ming Dr.
2. Go to General Office and Take Q Number.
3. When you number is called, go into Rm 10 / 11
4. The personal there will advise you on your outstanding balance. She will give you a vehicle return form
5. Bring the form and your vehicle to the back where you first collected your vehicle.
6. Go into the office there and give them the form.
7. They will inspect the vehicle, including the undercarriage and will advise you on the repair cost you have incur.
8. Sign the form.
9. Go holiday / find another coy or scream ORD loh!
Additional
1. Total damages will be send to you by Mail 2 weeks later.
2. All installment will crease. You will have to talk to Credit Control if you have problem paying your outstanding.3. If you are terminated by them and have an existing contract. You are still required to compensate them according to the term of the contract...
IE, 1 yr contract, 6mths into it and they initiated crease of contract. You will be liable to pay whatever is stated in your contract with them.
The keyword in the contract is "If you failed to complete term of XX mths of the contract, you will have to pay $XXX" or something like that.
2. All installment will crease. You will have to talk to Credit Control if you have problem paying your outstanding.
Don't allow TD to pay instalment than they can slowly wait for TD to pay up...
If you come to the third level, I will tell you to cancel your UOB account first unless you got no money there....lols

$1k deposit, plus top up, gone for the 2nd accident damages incurred? Or the deduction for rental due and termination compensation?
u under contract as u took a new vehicle?
thought u DIY damages outside?
Why u owe rental? Thought u can drive till the very day u return vehicle as u need to give adv notice to company?

Yup, 1K deposit gone for the 1st accident. 2nd accident no problem. My partner kena accident a few days before returning and got the vehicle repair by the workshop. Think that help a lot so no further deductible.
I'm under a different contract. No new vehicle..new driver cannot take new vehicle mah. New TDVL holder has a contract that pay $100 rebate a month. Only for 6mths and below TDVL holder. Some of my peers sign 1 yr contract. $1K rebate for Sonata and $1.6K for Crown.
Rental owed is last day rental. They don't deduct the rental on the day you return vehicle.
Additional deducting for not completing contract.

I paid coy $131.
Partner accident not my account but his accident quite serious so a lot of parts were replaced. This lessen my chances of getting hit by extra repair cost.... :D
