They also say my performance unsatisfactory..I dun have any complaints from pax..I suspect is I never take enough calls..they called me and reminded me that I need to take 30calls a mths..
I know is not mileages because I average 320km per day.
Definitely because of accidents. The reverse one which is your fault and this one which you settled privately but in sufficiently because you or CDG cannot claim from the woman anymore because of the settlement, hence it's conisdered another fault. 2 accidents CDG = red card.
It's just the way it is with them - but i think their premium is the lowest $1k, other coys charge more I believe, hence they draw the line at 2.
For calls it should not be an issue - you are new they cannot force you to do something without offering something in return. If me, I surely will write and fire them and declare my intention to bring this to attention of NTUC MPs.
CDG if you know how to tackle them officially they can back down from certain things, which is not so proper. But accidents this one their policy which is not wrong so bo pian.
I suggest you go drive red.
When we plying the road, everything just happen very natural 1 leh...
I'm not asking you guys purposely go take call...
Who don't want good connection? 1 up 1 down those type...
But as a TD, we know is impossible throughout your shift...
I can be a good sweeper but when the call bling onto my MDT, in micro second, I can decide...
Whether or not to confirm this call...
When street hired pax sent me to "holland" like Tuas, Changi cargo, Lim Chu Kang...
My mind will also decide in split second, whether to wait for call or move out empty...
Is all down to your pocket, timing, situation, mood and many many more decisive factors to take call...
My mentor always tell me, "don't have a grudge with money"...
Last time I did ask this question but nobody answer me...
"925am in Sengkang, for CDG drivers, you take call or sweep the last pax before peak ended?"...

reallllllllllly fail....try other coy also not bad!
as long got $ buy food bring back to feed family!
My is dun know consider old $ or not..3+ yrs 10x.
Anyway, it is a journey in my career as a TD.
I don't blame blue.....policy are policy...when u sign on the line with them, you agreed to the T&C.
In any case, the big C is a good company to drive for..servicing, petrol, cashless, calls..
I won't know if I will regret being terminated by blue in future..but I will brush up on my skills and might appeal to blue when the time comes.

1 of my friend, also undecisive to join which company, he also pure sweeper...
Ended up he join Prime...
What a decision...
Currently OMO for that Toyota Prius 1.5, rental at $102.xx...
I think among most company, $102.xx still consider reasonable...
Although is Petrol driven but because of the Hybrid, comsumption of fuel is very healthy...
He is very happy, vehicle very smooth, quiet, seat is comfortable...
So you see, everybody live their own life and make decision to suit their living...
Don't be afraid to make decision for yourself...

Very good advise from mentor.
Amd the answer should be obvious to the question.....
Of course the call, extra $3 (or $2.85 after cut levy). If sweep, make it and get pax at 9.25am, can you recover back the $2.80 in 5 mins? And what if you cannot find the a pax in the last 5 mins, or get one at 9.29? You only get 80cts extra, $1 max.
Of course the call can be no show too, but 9.25 should be genuine, because once hit 9.30 becomes much tougher to get cab.

Strange as this seems, it's actually quite true and correct. I also have a friend driving Freed for Prime. I asked him why take this car, like cramped what plus petrol some more?
He said driving it was very comfortable for him and his petrol cost is actually cheaper than his diesel cost when he drove for CDG before.
Of course petrol you must drive calmly, not aggressively. Burned more fuel burn more hole in pocket.

When driving hybrid or CNG cab, most driver tend to fall sleepy very fast, too comfortable, too quiet, no ting ting, and keep sweeping can tire the eyes easily, and that is also why most drive in zig zag at time in expressway

Many drivers still have this mentality of tio pok, this is nothing but simply a cease of contract offered or offer. In another word, you can also said you pok cdg.
TD must hv a mentality of freelancer, you cannot die die work for one and expect company to be good to you, company is an entity by itself, we are the hirer (business partner) if that partnership cannot go on, the only way is ceasation of contract.
You go in drive with nothing, you come out with nothing, fair and square.
