  I'm never say normal cab cannot serve disposal jobs..

  Sometime you pick up from street hired or on call, pax suddenly request to book your cab for few hours...

  By right, on meter all the way, by left will negotiate $ for hour used...

  So for normal taxi, just on your meter all the way, don't need to hide...

  End of the job, pax honour his words pay you hourly rate, arbo you collect full amount shown in your meter, the different won't be much...
