  Not a good idea and not possible also. Granting of PR or entry is an executive act not a judicial act, just like clemency, that is a political or executive decision. The judge only tries and passes sentence, it's up to the Govt if they want to show mercy.

  Once you start involving judges in executive decisions, then a whole can of worms opens up, with a lot of allegations of bias, proven or otherwise.

  Most of these Ang Mo coming to singapore are CMI in their own countries, and being free and single here, together with a ang mo are big in Asia mentality, they thought they can roam this place at will like party dogs.

  I think it is time for our govt to send a straight message to these ang mo cau to behave themselves, if not, even Michael Palmer also cannot save them now.
