those who do such irritating and annoying acts should have demerit points deducted.it is one of a few discourteous acts of a motorist.

if every driver know how to auto out this won't happen le. knn drive 80 90 on lane one when traffic very light.

Aiya, horning and high beam are communication tool of vehicle, if not good, then car makers would had stop doing it, less one horn and high beam function, less cost of manufacturing liao.
Therefore, as a frequent road user, especially a TD, take high beam and horning as part of a communication btw drivers, you cannot expect two drivers to come down and tell him to move one side please correct??,
So the only expression to use are high beam and horning beside signal light for left and right turns, but many take it as discourteous, but these are the only function available between vehicle on the road communication.
I am not bother by high beam or horning, I am more worry about those luxuries car turning without signalling, can buy a ferrari, but forget to buy the signal lights...lols

Luxury cars imported into SG are not fitted with signal light, didn't you know that ?

Hearse vehicle no need signal light. Nobody will high beam or horn one. All auto siam..

This year Qingming at Mandai. I saw 1 Lexus went on the wrong side of the road and block a Hearse van. The Hearse horned but the Lexus die die dun wan back off... -
In Vietnam, car break down never mind, horn cannot break down.....

In places like india, horn is also a must, every cut lane or cutting a vehicle, they will horn one.

But some old ah pek driving sampan or even private car will on high beam all the way, because can't see well. You horn them, go behind them, whatever you do also, they will carry on without a care to the world.
What to do? Just bear with it or ignore them. I think only TP will can make them stop high beam driving.

Like my previous car, headlights set automatic one lah, you dunno meh, now cars all auto headlight, depend on dimness, go in underground carpark or any dark places, automatic the headlight will come out...knn, sometime 7pm, sun still very hot, bright and big..hehehe, so headlight sensor still thought morning mah..lols
Now my ride not only auto light on, also adjust to the dimness, save lots of battery..lols
