I a newbie driver just start driving 1 week ago and always hear from other Taxi driver if want earn more money must become HR manager?
How do I become one as my qualifications are very low only secondary level.outside working if want to become manager must have higher qualification.Where can I go for course to upgrade myself to become a Taxi HR manager

Taxi driving is work hard to succeed - that's it simple
what they mean is have good relations with paxs,no grumpy face,no attitude problems with paxs,must smile and be courteous,must greet them with sir or madam,even if paxs wrong,mustg agree with them!but end of trip just collect fare and when alone,fcuk them!
remember wat your trainer say (too bad if they forget)

of course the lta thingee about asking pax which route they want must walk carefully.
kena tourist wait you get fuck instead.
for tourists no need to be too specific,afterall they also don't know which route is best.for locals better tell properly!even worse r those Indian or Chinese PRs,always very suspicious of which route ur taking!

But if your taxi engine is a GDI instead of GPS, sure will hv less complain
HR? most HR jobs are sub out and many companies HR are now run by foreigners, so you will see Local HR end up driving taxis.
But HR got nothing to do with taxi driving interviewing, I would say, TD is more like related to Prositute, if you dun mind. It either you Q or sweep or on call, and after service rendered, you get paid, same like pros, you can stand there and wait for customer, you can walk around and look for customer, or you can wait for booking call, then everytime your customer are different, those who like you, will book you again, and you need that social skill to talk to customer.
And just like some pax demand this and that, some pros customer also demand this and that from the prositute, like this pattern, that holes, this holes..and so on.
And as you become a skilful taxis prostitute, you can promote yourself to PRO, public relationship Officer, or in short, the jap call it Mamasan, like LV, our pool is a mamasan trained

prositute can collect $$ 1st...td cant..worst then prositue..
Depend lah, you book those low class one, of course pay first, talk later lor.
I felt that the only different is if you get a wrong kind of prositute (underage), you can go to jail
But for taxis, if you get the wrong taxis, not only you go free but also can complain and get vouchers or letter of apologise
