i will never use premier taxi (silvercab) again!

they have taxi drivers that will grab you by your shirt collar and shout that you are trying to run away without paying, when all you are doing is getting your bag to get your wallet out to pay.
and when you give feedback to the company, it's the cabby who is in the right, wow. wouldnt you know? forget apology. you wont get any satisfaction. since when is a cabby right to grab someone by the shirt collar and threaten in a loud voice?

For me, my wallet is never in my ass pocket. It's always in my bag. Not that i have any cab drivers grabbing my collar...

You should file a police report.
What the cab driver did to you are the following offences:
threatening and intimidation
verbal assault
Don't let him get away with it.

anyway, that is my experience. u guys decide if you wanna continue to use this taxi company service. my main issue is not with errant cabbies. every taxi company has them. it is what they do about it that is my key issue. if they dont do anything about it, then i dont want to have anything to do with them either.

maybe it's just an isolated incident of that one rude cabby. Perhaps not related to the brand at all.
