Just thinking of taking up relief driving again, but heard diesel price has gone up liao, anyone can compare the current pricings?
Hello post in taxi drivers forum. Here all taxi commuters
It depends on when u quit taxi driving. If its like 6 or 7 years back , yes diesel has almost doubled.
For Comfort , the diesel price now is nett 88 cents. No rebates , no nothing. Should be abt the cheapest in the market right now.

Are you taking part time job while holding full time job?
I am thinking of whether to quit my full time job, and start to do more relief driving instead.

Why quit your full time job?
Job nowadays are hard to come by.
Many pple are still jobless, many take up taxi for a living too.
And life is not rosy being a td...you really need to work hard to earn a few grads.
My friend, a new td, earn about $3k per month. Rest only for pee and poo, smoke, lunch and dinner. No coffee break with kaki. Only himself.
Can you point the link to the drivers' forum, have been looking out for it for some time ..
Thanks for pointing out on the latest change, which one is the most expensive now, just curious to note.
Oh...found the link, will go over there liao..
should drive part time first..jobs hard to find....
