According to the TD, their bonus amount is not stated in the contract. Good Luck to them.
Looks like the involved taxi drivers never ask any questions before signing the contract? but why only 15 taxi drivers are involved? how about the rest?

Even if asked questions, the answer is verbally. Did you read all the fine print when you get yourself tied up by mobile phone contract? Sometime you needed "many eyes" to look into a matter on paper.
Why 15? In the news it mentioned it start from 5 and then snowball to 15. Who knows more people will join in the race later. It's a matter of someone must start the ball rolling.
they're bringing this issue up because its unfair to them, further, its time consuming to peruse their employment contract
me at first thought... what the heck such a good deal big bonus.....then i also find out many things on myself...
Why they never mention road tax rebate, diesel rebate, cng tax rebate...where all this money going to? obviously also become the cheaper rental and bonus....ha..ha....
5 K to me is like deposit to buy a car...every day $6 extra is like buying insurance..
everyday same rental for 5 years...... that's even out over a Span average of 5 years...including depreciation....
where got goodie lunch wan...
thank god Teo last minute pull back those plans ....
yes the bonus is taken out from the daily rental example Toyota Premio actual rental is $73
but cabby pay $3 daily extra ($76),even when car breakdown in workshop, they don't pay rental but still have to pay the $3
so 365 multiply 5years multiply $3 = S$5000
For cng models, say Toyota Wish, actual rental is $78 but daily pay $84
so 365 multiply 5years multiply $6 = $11000
imo Prime is still the best for omo, although the bonus part is more or less "our own $$$"
but think again, which company can offer u new auto car for $70+ ?
But 5 years is way too long, can someone commit the full 5 years? this question u have to ask yourself.
If yes then Prime is the best for you,I've done all calculation many times
If those intend to have relief, then go straight take sonata or magentis etc don't bother check with Prime
then why did Prime market their products like $11,000 Guarantee Bonus Amount Pay-out for just $69.90 per day rental ???
Have to go find the definition of the word " Bonus " ????
If we pay with our own saving , u call that Bonus ???
but certainly TransCab Wish benefits , 1 year contract has make those 15s turned their head around .
Plus cheaper gas discounts .....

Bonus meaning in Chinese: means additional incentives, unexpected extra income, prize.
Own Saving - means Personnel Saving. If you want more bonus without taking risk, then better put that money into CPF Special accounts. Cannot withdraw...ha..ha...Still no guarantee...

this exactly what the 15 has been disputing at ..... but half fight case , contract still contract , as in u agree , and sign one . It's the signature holder fault .
But this Prime , after this case , their business , how to carry on ?
Like con-man business ...
the 15 got more than a chance...the advertisement brochure, flyers can be evidence in misleading into entering contract.
even a billionaire investment can also sue a international bank....recently for misleading advise...
a bonus is a bonus :PERIOD
I heard few hirer to be already back out, some even went to case to help them get back booking fee
like that Prime seeing sunset liao

anytime you start a new job and you're asked to pay any sort of 'security deposit', alarm bells should go off
