will msg u .
ya la damn dulan , that day at Yew Tee MRT , pick a pax to SGH Emergency .
Customer fractured her ankle , me act as ambulance , must be fast la . Speed with valid reasons .
Then at PIE near Clementi Ave 6 , one ccb Sonata up his head light on me ... i already 120km/h , cos me act like ambulance ma . Cut into me into AYE .
Cut past me , gave me a fuck look .
Then slow down , ccb .
At AYE , i just zoomed him ..... @130km/h until cannot see him , ccb driver . He not experience , AYE near NUH , many would slow down at 90 km/h on right lane , left lane mostly empty , i just zoomed in at 90km/h , after camera , signal out to 2nd , 3rd and right lane , and 130km/h . 1130pm , no TP , hhahahahahah .
fuck lah , as long as life is in critical condition , god damn who cares !!!!
I always take Airport taxis provided by my co if i'm working between 04.30am and went back between 01.30 or 02.30hrs.Comfort wise should be Wish and of course Sonata beat them on pick up to mid range due to Sonata Turbodiesel engine which has monstrous amount of torque,But funny thing is Sonata 120kmh and Wish 120 is totally different sia.I could feel the Wish 120 is 90% accurate compared to Sonata which i believe is only 55% correct.Maybe the pick up is too strong hence the meter intends to go up faster..But SG roads is better for turbodiesel cars due to its powerful pick up and mid range power but not for top speed,Ever taking 3 Sonata taxis travel beyond 145kmh and the taxi vibrate like shit and the handling just sucks big time,Guess we cant have best of both worlds afterall.Having drive a turbo petrol car before i definately say TC petrol handling and speed better than turbodiesel. But still turbodiesel is powerful than NA petrol cars!

Take both car of the same design, frame work, steering system, wheels etc... and engine capacity almost the same capacity. Diesel has higher torque, withstand endurance and long duration. Petrol families faster pickup and higher cruising speed but poor endurance stamina.

sonata handling is definitely good enough for safe driving….
i just love sonata pick up…. haha
The Body design is so different. Quick Filtering of course will be Sonata compared to Wish. Even for road bends, sonata rules. Right Aln?

but road bends merc is best…. like the PIE to ECP bend near airport…. merc can do that at 80km/h without feeling dangerous….
Just wonder if chrysler taxi road handling at road bending is better than merc....maybe skoda is also good....
Skoda's V6 engine is scary , so fucking powerful !!!

indeed Wish overtaking pickups is less impressive than Sonata .
Wish must maintain at a constant speed , like 90km/h , or downslope , then it can perform a good overtaking capability .
In hi-speed @ 110km/h , i felt more comfortable with Wish overtaking stability than Sonata . At least Wish perform a much better engine brake than Sonata , Sonata engine brake deceleration is bad compare to Wish .
@120km/h , Wish ...maybe with the 2 addded CNG tank , is much more stable . Sonata's steering tends to be more shaky @ 120km/h .

Interesting to know whether the V6 engine is suitable to fit into Skoda body to weight ratio. Got to try test drive on one of this man...
one of the forumer , newguy drove a Silver Arrow .
Skoda ... in the taxi industry , act like a half fuck Limo ...... hahahahah .
Not really can do what a Merc can do , but can do something what normal taxi cannot do !!!

i've took it once at night as a pax. it don't look like a limo and also inside don't feel like a limo. only as a pax - well, feel okay and so so. Driving it must be shiok as normal taxi cannot do..
Heard Silvercab doesn't want to bring in anymore Skodas due to its unreliable spare parts,Endurance on all weather and worse its one of TP speedster lists.Think its suit more to Limo than ordinary Taxis.

I have a rough idea of Skoda cabs now...
Last night is the first Saturday night , i recce until 4am .....
I can summed up , Wish is one of customer's first choice of taxi at midnight , if can chose . Alongside Sonata .
Crown is last i guessed .
ALN saw me grap 3 and go at Cinelesiure on Friday night .
Today , one pax along Nicholl Highway , towards City , near Stadium , many taxis don't pass by , don't flag , flag for me , ahead of many Sonatas .... He commented he loves the leg space of a Wish , the power of a Wish , the silence of a Wish . He love the height of a MPV , over Sonata .
And he love the smell of a Wish , wtf , what difference man ?
An easy $14.00 to ABC Market .
Me at Meyer Road , at Ford Road towards Nicholl Highway ... a couple sitting at bus stop , outside Ford Garden , i saw them ..... i tell myself , knn i red light , if they take taxi , so many taxi pass by , surely lose la . Maybe take bus .
Still my habit of going to Kampong Arang to recce .
As i proceed .... the guy rushed out and flag for me .
" Uncle , 2 places , one is Westwood Ave first ."
Walan lan , i start to imagine , where is the 2nd destination ? Wlands ? ( also will fat + top up cng .) , CCK ? ( not bad , can wash net ) , Jurong East ? all kind of imaginations .
I never ask .
After Westwood Ave , that guy said : " Uncle now go Eng Neo Road !!! "
Midnight , total $46 .
Many would have charge into ECP to town from Meyer Road , nope for me , i'll give Kampong Arang a shot . But i got it in advance .
ALN would have turn left into ECP .
All thanks to the Toyota Wish .
i love wish.
nice and comfortable.
i also like the prime taxi!
mentor poolie, where is transcab toyota wish come from? tie-lend or nippon?
KNN everyone knew this facelift is from Thailand , hahahaha
recognised by the W logo .... Japan Wish has got diff logo behind ..... Thailand is with a W , not the japan one , it's a diff logo i know .
Japan Wish Logo .
