Sonata vs Wish

Finally i tried Wish ....
A good one day trial .
Verdict of Wish : 8/10 satisfaction . Sonata 7/10 .
Leg space 9/10 : Wish hands down , for both driver and passenger seat .
Power 7/10 : Extremely smooth for long & straight distance , 110km/h easily & extremely quiet engine .
Aircondition : The temperature can be control ( digital ), unlike Sonata , but rear customer might not enjoy cooling effect , due to boot exntension . 8/10
Absolutely no blind spots , unlike Sonata . Better and wider side mirror .10/10
Foot brake instead of hand brake . 9/10 .
Handling is 7/10 , never enjoy it's centrifugal force when manouvre cornerings .
Minus point 1: The pick-ups , Sonata beat them all the way !!!
Minus point 2 : Boot space is extremely limited , due to the space occupied by CNG tank .
Minus point 3 : Took bigger U-turn space .
CNG price , converted to litres : $1.02/litres
Diesel price , $0.88/litre .

it's like a choice between a Sports car and a saloon car ....
I opt for Saloon car's comofort , ahead of Sonata sport car type of capacity .

your comparison of both is interesting. surprise that cng converted to litre is more higher than diesel at the moment.

the price for cng was always there ...
it's the diesel price to go down .
Next quarter ( july - October ) the diesel price might just goes up a little bit . Must see how the commodities prices change hand .

I anticipate : In 5 years ... Toyota Wish should make a better , more popular impact than Sonata .

If Wish come out with a Toyota Wish Diesel version , Hyundai Sonata game over !!!!

I've tried to register with comfort to find a merc hirer , but nobody called me up .
I am surprised , very !
I will try those realistic vehicles .
SsangYong and Chrysler will nt be in my list .
Also MaxiCab , no .

as a passenger, i always prefer sonata to others, even in queue, i'll allow those behind to board if the cab isn't one of the autos, back to sonata, i like it for the space, wish is fancy but too tight for comfort....so i also try not to flag it when the family is with me...

just never understand why did Japan's Toyota Corp created crown for taxis , and for so many years , they never create another Diesel engine vehicles to leap over Crown ?

the crown taxi in japan is not noisy like our's in sg. i took it many time.SG crown taxi sounds like a truck.
their crown is strong, smooth and not like us sitting inside like a sampan rocking.
the crown in hongkong is almost like sg but i felt it is more powerful.

Yeah it's not a secret Comfort " tightened up " the acclerator gauge . To make it less powerful for acceleration . -

wow rotary, u took taxi many times in Japan??? u must be damn rich.... cost a bomb in Tokyo.... e.g. Tokyo airport to town cost S$400 one way....

Aln, i'm no rich man. Ya many time...Claim from business travelling expenses. sometime when you reach the blurrdy airport late at night and have no choice. Depends, Narita to downtown around US$150 to 200.. Airport taxi are not crown model, they are limo--- unfortunately most of the time i don't bother what is the car brand. Most of the car in downtown and village are Toyota Crown...they are inexpensive... just serve as satellite travelling for most people. Sometime even the bosses there don't drive.
If there is direct "bus coach" to hotel area... i will take that in the airport..
You got to try India and Pakistan taxi....very fun.

Another negative feedback about Wish , when u do not fastened the seat belt , the buzzle will ring if the vehicle start to move .

Passenger seat buzzle also will buzz will seat belt not on .
In the end , i bought 2 piece of seat belt stopper , so that my seat belt is lose , too tight .
