They changed the place to stop and collect TVL license.
I got I summon for parking on the right side of the road....gone to take back my TVL license then go toilet. Very expense trip to toilet.
All cabbies beware...remember to park on the left side of the road

Normally we parked near the toilet...than walked over to collected back the TVL.
Where exactly the location you are in trouble.
Once i just parked near the changing pass area...the officer told next time you must parked near the toilet...are you new here. Sir... first time...ok.

the security guy say i "tio" summon, its illegal to park on right side of road. I say a while only i went toilet to pee...... he say cannot, got camera "captured" liao.
sorry bro cm840_2009, cant see in map as that area is covered with roof.
all bros remember to park on left side of road when going to collect TVL license.

The changing pass area still the same, nothing chance.
No trouble for me just yesterday morning returning the pass at jurong island.
Where is the parking left not right as you told ? which road?

On that day, the far left side with parking lot for cabbies to park and collect pass and toilet on right side was blocked. now should be open as you say.
So have to drive to middle road with toilet on left side and collect pass at the place where we change pass to go in (right side). I saw two comfort cabs parked on right side, so i follow and park behind.
I went right side to change pass, then go left to go toilet. came back to cab with security waiting there to give me summon.... the two comfort cabs all gone le.

yes, that place you are not suppose to parked, is a moving lane.
and normally they told is near the toilet. do as you like than slowly walk across and change your pass.
your happening is unforeseen, next time be more careful only.

next time they block the left side and open the middle roads. park on the left side near the toilets so you don't get summons.

morning peak hours the flyover only 1 direction - going in. Got to be careful not to use the lanes on the right hand side of the flyover cos later you'll have problems getting to the taxi lane. If no need to go to pass office, best is to stick to left side flyover, extreme right lane, this will lead directly to the taxi lane. This case when coming out, you must park your cab in the left hand side lots of the kiosk for returning the pass. It's on the opposite side of the toilet. I think got about 10 lots. Off peak hours, can park taxi beside toilet or just drive through to exit lane and return the pass at the table where u handed over your TVL or DL. Watch out for the speed camera just after seraya ave. 70kmh.
