audi is one of the few respectable brands around left. actually i hope it doesn't become a taxi. one of my superiors was considering a wish, but when wish became taxi, he say wanna take wish just take taxi.

I was hoping for more 'respectable brands' to become taxis. I was hoping for more 'respectable' brands drivers to drive respectfully. Mercedes, Camrys, Cefiros, etc.
Sonatas 'respectful' drivers has mostly disappeared.
I once got a pax who proclaimed; put 3 Nissan Sunnys on the road and you have a road block.
What I had observed; Mercedes, Camrys, Cefiros (all drivers input your observations) has operators and not drivers. They do not care if other road users are inconvenienced as long as they have their ways.

the bill was well, kinda sexpensive but the ride woth it. haha.

If you go Taiwan, u will see lots of taxis of Japanese carmakes....though might not be maufactured there....
Honda Accord, Nissan Sunny, Toyotal Corolla Altis, Nissan Cefiro, Toyota Camry....

Why Sonata as taxis ?
Cos Teo Hock Seng , boss of Komoco , think the sales of petrol sonatas not impressive , they rather go for taxi market , one deal 2000 diesel Sonatas , how much it worth ?
How long they need to sell 2000 pcs for their petrol sonatas ?

It's an observation by this ang mo pax whom I had picked up from Tuas to Loyang. He is a driver and his observations are Nissan Sunny is one brand that road hogs.My observations are the brands and models mentioned. Volvos' also one of them. Colour of car also dictate how the driver behaves. Red and yellow tends to be fast drivers, pastel and off-beat colours like lime green, purple, etc tends to be in the way of traffic.
Maybe it is because of certain age groups who will purchase certain makes of cars.
But on weekend nights when the children borrow their fathers' cars the driving attitude change.
