  • Security deposit: S$300 (cash or NETS)
  • Daily rental: S$94.16 (including 7% GST)
  • UOB Savings account with bank book
  • Minimum 3 consecutive days of driving
  • Not allowed to have relief driver
  • No benefits, diesel rebate or special coverage
  • Vehicle age range from 3 to 5 years
  • Collection and return of vehicle only on weekdays during working hours

  i got these from citycab previously... good thing is can drive on the 3 best shifts in the week i.e. Fri nite, Sat nite and Mon morning... bad thing is you need to pay for 24hours x 3 days rental... if i lose my day job, I may take it up for short term driving... hey chong, how did you spend your 4D winnings???...haha... update me which taxi company u sign up with next...

  I did not win 4D lah, stopped driving for three weeks, now driving with SMRT Taxis.

  oic... which vehicle and scheme you sign up with? SMRT got many calls? if i were you, i would seriously consider Prime CNG taxis... comfort just increased diesel price by another 10cts... 2nd increase in a week! now 1 litre is 1.23 before rebate... SMRT is how much? I always see long q of SMRT taxis filling up at kallang MRT... a bit waste time

  I am driving the Toyota Croen under their revenue sharing scheme, diesel price is at S$1.22 but free for me. Our only 24 hours diesel kiosk is at Lorong 1 Geylang, the one at Woodlands Depot and Ang Mo Kio Depot operates only from 0700 to 1900 hrs. SMRT do have quite a number of bookings as they also have many corporate customers from TIBS Taxis era.

  huh? why revenue scheme? meaning SMRT pay u $1000 for driving 90 hours a month... any collection above $1000 must be returned to SMRT? Any other incentive? eh i think you are too young for this scheme lah.. but well, you must have your own reason...maybe you other side line...i will only onsider this scheme when i reach 65 years old... drive 3 hours daily and get a car free

  Sorry David , i once said that scheme is for failure .

  Anyway , try can la .... i will never do that ! Over my dead body .

  $1000 i can earn in four Friday night  !!

  It's something i cannot accept . I mean the pay scale .

  Even a 12 hours security guard can earn more than $1000 .

  Really in Singapore , $1000 is nothing liao .... so tiny .

  If the scheme is good , why is it not popular among us ?

  Wasn't it something wrong ?

  I mean David ..... u cannot earn $1000 a month ?

  $1000 and maximum la , u can earn $300 extra .... $1300 ?

  I think ALN can handle that in 15 days .

  Compulsory ?

  Got extra ? How much each booking into your pocket ?

  $3 nett ?

  If $3 is ok ...anything below $3 , u can tell them go fly kite .

  the revenue scheme must collect $3600 monthly to earn $1000... if collect more, can earn up to $1500 max... so it means 1 day must collect $120... that's about 4 or 5 hours... Good for my retirement job Anyway David, i trust you must have thought hard about it (maybe waiting for Azera?)... good luck and enjoy driving... keep in touch...
