For those who had , taken a JB taxi before , should have no complaints over Singapore taxis .
I for one , took several JB cabs to go around the JB City , not a single Proton Saga Taxis really impressed me .
First their aircon , anytime any cab , can never be cooling enough for our torpical standard .
2nd , their vehicle , for whatever reason , a bit filthy to my standard . Internal or extrenal .
3rd , their drivers speaks little English .
4th , their cabs really smell awful .
5th , their seats really stiff and cushion really old .
6th and lastly , their vehicle suspension really bad for their already bad road condition .
Last and foremost , for those people in S'pore who are so demanding over service standard in S'pore , try taking a JB taxi ..... then u come back with a conclusion .
And whatever reason , they don't seemed to use their taxi-meter when i am on-board !!!
All flat fare , anytime , any taxi !!

They are actually allowed to tout for customers also ....

But one thing i do like , they do Q-up for their customers , with no disputes .

come up the underpass after customs...
all ask.. "taxi? taxi?"
the drivers not in the queue relax one corner smoke cigarette 1st. -
