my friend(headhunter) tell me most MNC want experience and ppl with youth...old folks with experience does not stand a chance again someone with experience and younger.....mostly the criterion from the company is to look for someone that is less than 40 yrs old. read on the newspaper that the japan railway accident was due to japanese obession with punctuality.
the driver was late on schedule, speed up to meet the timing, overrun and an accident ensue. If he have not make the allocated timing, he will be suspended from work, bonus will be affected. -
