  Used to have Popular Megastore at Choa Chu Kang HDB Branch Office Building.
  
  But it closed down liao.

  Tell u what, call up any popular bookstore, ask them where is their biggest branch located.
  
  I believe the answer would be either Majestic or BBC. Other places like Toa Payoh2 is also quite big.. well it may look big, but u duno the exact size.
  
  Personally I have not been to North Point before.
