COMPLAIN ABT 7-Eleven . Drinking vending machine!

  Im really fed up with 7eleven. Why?
  
  I often buy Big Glup. ''drink''
  
  If you notice that after you finish ur drinks, u can see tiny particles inside the drink, i notices a lot of mosquito and other tiny insects..
  
  I have been tolerating with their services, and i lodge a complain to the management, they havent refund me but apologies.
  Till now, the drink machine inside 7eleven, they done nothing yet.
  
  Does 7eleven keep re-filling the drinks into the machine when its almost finish?
  Dont they pour away the remaining drinks inside the machine?
  If you dont know what's happening , im telling you now.
  
  With this standard, its not providing 1st class services to customers.

  Guess its the opening that is dirty, if not the cup, last but not least, the DRINKS.
  
  Basically their machine are not like poring1.5 litres into the compartment to refill, they actually have a sealed packet drinks(10L) like coke etc...so ya...its not the mosquitoes flying into the compartment

  it's from the noozle lah.....got ants usually one... they never clean it every nite lor that mean.. the drink itself is from CO2 and syrup can one.. so no way got things inside lah

  hmm, maybe its the opening, all the tiny particles sinks below. apart from that, possibility, also maybe comes from the ice dispenser...
  
  The drinks from pkt and etc is ok, The machine inside, is not clean properly..
  Its unhygienic, and some ppl dont know, drink, next day. Report sick..

  Whenever I get big gulp drinks they seem fine to me. Which 7-11 do you go to?
