People are getting busier and busier nowadays. You have less free time than ever and for some people like me none at all!
I have so many projects to do, so many upcoming presentations to make, so many tutorials undone, so many things to discuss with my project members, so many things to plan, think about, evaluate, analyze, research, do....

hmm, a simple thing that u can do, is to list out whatever u need to accomplish for the day in point form. when u finish one task, tick it.
takes u less than 10min to come up with that list, but it'll do u good!
