Bad service from jy salon

  how bad can ur day be, if u just want to got ur hair done nicely by a (J--n Y-p) hair salon at tiong bahru plaza level two...
  
  guess this would be the very last time that i would step into this j--n y-p salon pte ltd.
  
  i get my hair colour by this very company, i was very diappointed by the service done by the staff.
  just image a trained staff can get ur t-shirt colour without telling u and worse got your ears colour and ur forehead too... what a day...
  
  this is the first time i ever had this kind of service frm any hair salon. it is worse than diy. just imagine if u r wearing an expensive t-shirt what would u do...
  
  so i went back....
  
  that very girl is not there nevermind the reason i went back is to get my hair colour for the second time cause the colour fade off within 2weeks but i dun mind paying so i ask for a darker brown to cover the bright red colour... but i do mention dun stain my t-shirt agian so now the staff know abt it...
  
  but the service is worse than i thought.... the first hairdresser May attend to me was busy with other customer so VERON which is the assistant of her attend to me... she ask me "do u want to apply the ice spa cream on ur hair its gd for ur hair".I reply ,"no thank u" the very next moment she start to apply colour onto my hair.... dun she need to ask me what tone of brown i want... nevermind the flame in me is burning
  next 4 mins my hair start to fall onto my forehead i was so sad i told her my hair is falling onto my face and use my finger to support the rest n u know wat my nail is ruin i get them all coloured too.
  this staff didn't even bother to clean the stain for me until May saw what she had done told her that my face is stain with colour. Veron laugh than she asked me," did u have ur makup kit with u so sorry...."
  
  Up to here do anyone here wish to have ur hair coloured by them think again...

  Lol I already experienced once about 2 years ago at the same place.
  
  Went for a hair cut yet the male hairstylist din concentrate on washing my hair, sprayed water on my forehead etc. Then when he was cutting my hair, he was so vain that he kept looking at the mirror and then blowed the hairdryer at my face when he was looking into the mirror also. That was the first time I went to Jean Yip, and I told myself that will be the LAST TIME~!!

  is he going to do ur hair or his hair so unprofessional...but lucky u still have ur hair, he didn't miss.
  
  when i complain wat had happened to me to my friend, he told me i should go to the j--n y-p hub they are better.
  
  so i told my friend so y have so many branches for wat to ruin their name n to slap their own face
  
  so guess no more j--- y-p for us!!

  yap but training is given by the head office, the principle will be very angry if he know what his staff had done
