Well now I could only wait and see what happens lor. Anyway I have sent them an email and I still have the email in my sent box so they can't say they didn't recieve my email. Honestly I feel that sometimes cases like these are not escalated and brought to their attention mainly also becoz Singapore has made complaining such a chore. Even with CASE, you need to register as a member and pay a certain fee before they will accept your complain. Sigh......can I complain about CASE?Originally posted by www:i share froggie's concern about that issue and i think he has a case there.
putting myself in his shoes, i would escalate the issue to the appropriate authorities or media if the reply aint favourable. even if the ultimate outcome wouldnt make a difference, at least that tarnish their goodwill for a change.
as much as i would like to terminate the contract as well but it seems like their monopolizing service is part of my life now.
take one step back, we can only blame that singapore's market is too small and less demanding.
with little need to meet the demand, front end sector (customer service) only serve the purpose to fence off enquiries and problems, which explains why inadequate attention are put to solve customers problems.
That's why I have been refraining from dinning at fancy restaurants now. Even though sometimes kopitiam also quite jialat but at least I pay less to suffer lor.Originally posted by www:as for my own complaints, it is always about singaporeans and their attitude.
maybe it is singapore's culture to life. maybe it is the education system. maybe it is bad upbringings.
graciousness is always the missing factor among us.
just look at how singaporeans behave on public transport (mrt). trying to rush in before others can alight. talking loudly in the train. depriving others to sit comfortable with big-ball sitting posture.
now switch ur experience with shopkeepers or foodcourt drink counter attendants. serving you as if you own them a living. no thank you. no sorry. no intent to serve u like a customer. insist that you self-service even when ur table is two metres away.
many a time, we are paying to suffer.
Well to me I feel its a chicken and egg story here. I believe you are refering to a unisex toilet, because what's the difference if the girl before never lift it up after using? As for a guy, then the question is should it be the responsiblity for the guy using it before to lift it up or the one that is using it subsequently. This would be a more valid arguement should this be a case of a unisex toilet which I have encountered personally. Let's not even get complicated with whether u r doing big business or small business. The girls in my ex-company always complain that the guys never lift up the cover after urinating and hence having stains on the cover. My answer was, we (the guys) never put them down in the first place. It was the girls that was using it previously so why should we lift it up when it was already down. Got it?Originally posted by 798:actually i want to complain of people always cutting queue at bus interchange, never lifted toilet seat cover when urinating.
hmm, so u have 2 complaints?Originally posted by the Bear:i wanna complain!!
that people have unrealistic expectations of service and that the service industry do not have enough pride in their work
well, some of us are trying.. and the others are just plain trying
ya i agree abt the first part...cutting queue is a personal insult to me lor...hehehe...Originally posted by 798:actually i want to complain of people always cutting queue at bus interchange, never lifted toilet seat cover when urinating.
i will cut back if he/she tried to cut my queue and let he/she know the message straight that the one who queue along the queue line get it first.Originally posted by shutthehellup:ya i agree abt the first part...cutting queue is a personal insult to me lor...hehehe...
those lau ah mas and lau ah gongs cut queue, i dun mind....especially when some of them turn back and smile apologetically..
but some able-bodied aunties and uncles jus jostle their way to the front and fantasize that there is no one queuing.. that's atrocious...and i'll end up muttering and grumbling...
let's not blamed the ladies. i think it's common sense for guy to lift up the toilet seat when shooting, unless you can assure you can aim the hole like cowboy bebop.Originally posted by froggie:Well to me I feel its a chicken and egg story here.
