Thanks.
Right now I'm really stung at the fact that both Dubya and Sarah Palin can run faster than me.
You'll still be faster than me. The furthest I've ever run was the half-marathon.
good luck! the furthest i've ever run in the past few years was to the fridge
My whole body is still aching but much better than yesterday
I don't know the distance I ran but 3 hours of tennis should be a few kms after all the running >.<

Dubya used to be a fighter pilot.
And he once fainted in office due to his crazily low heart-beat which gives an idea of just how fit he is.
Wat to have for lunch???
sashimi~~

Really? I thought he was a kengster during Vietnam?
Anyway, it still doesn't explain how a bimbotic ex-beauty queen can run faster than me.

Yeah well, he was labelled a kengster because his airplane only saw limited deployment in Vietnam as the aircraft was a half-baked one. An expensive interceptor that was used to harass Viet Cong basically summed up its career. And Dubya followed the airplane into the National Guard, so both airplane and men were basically kenging.
Will the USA learn that expensive airplane =/= useful airplane? I wonder.

You might be surprised by the amount of work models do to stay in shape.
SPH really really really really really needs to QC their work...
Meanwhile, dear johnathan kwok, time for you to craft out a story for explanation

Journalist fail, editor double fail.
Anyway, more good stuff from Mr Brown (NSFW in our local context):

Wonder you guys seen this one yet, but this is yet another version of Gangnam Style, only thing, its parrot karaoke version.
The song is phenomenal for its spillover comic relief, and IMO rightly deserved the top spot in the music charts.
And...here's a peak of what I am studying now.
A very historical review on SG growth back in 1994 by an Econs prof called Paul Krugman.
“Singapore's growth has been based largely on onetime
changes in behavior that cannot be repeated.
Over the past generation the percentage of people
employed has almost doubled; it cannot double
again. A half-educated work force has been replaced
by one in which the bulk of workers has high school
diplomas; it is unlikely that a generation from now
most Singaporeans will have Ph.D's. And an
investment share of 40 percent is amazingly high by
any standard; a share of 70 percent would be
ridiculous. So one can immediately conclude that
Singapore is unlikely to achieve future growth rates
comparable to those of the past. ... all of Singapore's
growth can be explained by increases in measured
inputs. There is no sign at all of increased efficiency.”
(Krugman 1994)
He's so wrong on almost all counts, but not for very favourable reasons.

It's getting old.
And the latest revelation about the dolphins? They were transported out of the Philippines while the court case was pending. I would've be surprised if RWS paid off people to give permits in spite of that and rush the move, but it makes me ashamed to be a Singaporean.
