Orbi-good. There's the proof that some bankers are barbarians in suits.
This is why I vehemently refuse any suggestion of going into the financial industry.
No amount of money is going to make me sell my soul to the devil.

As someone might've said, you can pad your coffin with money but you can't take it with you to the next life. All the time and youth that you lose can't be quantified in dollars and cents. However, someone has to do the job...
The end of the year draws near, which means the public transport is a little less crammed in the morning. It also means that people you know are happily jetting off.

For every one of you, there's at least a hundred ones clamouring to join anyway.
The $$$ is too good too ignore while the less-pleasant sides are either hidden or just ignored.
Oh, and look how the people with too much time on their hands at the bus forum are now back-stabbing each other.
2601 - Have you seen the video of the handbags between the NASCAR drivers this morning?

Ugly track, ugly cars, ugly brawl, and ugly crowd!

can there be any more damage?
anyway, today is all about vegging at home
And today the 2 little scumbags are on the front page of TNP. They're probably too big to hide behind their "important" parents now.

But seriously I’ve ever hear of kids hogging studying area….
They weren't hogging the study area, they were eating and playing games in the NURSING ROOM. And one of them had the cheek to say, "You better not put this on Stomp. My parents are very important people."
Ah yes I read about that.
TNP censored their faces on the front page.
But seriously, what's the point of censoring their faces? The kids crave attention with these antics after all. I say give them the publicity they want so much.

It'll be against the law as they're minors. But their faces are not hidden in the original video and photos. Hopefully they'll be found out soon - no one likes people who become yaya papaya just because they have a little more money.
Looks like the EDMW fellars have done it again: [Ops Brestfeeding Boys]

Hmm.... interesting. Putting the uncensored picture online on STOMP is valid, while putting it in the print media isn't. What makes it even more interesting is that both STOMP and TNP are owned by SPH. I have to say that the law vexes me at times.
Oh well. The EDMW ginas have CSI-ed them out. Best of luck to them. Hope they enjoy the resulting publicity.
Okay, I was enraged at looking at today's news.
Apparently that 3SG who died in the Land Rover accident and the PTE who died from smoke grenade fumes were the victims of gross negligence.
The Land Rover driver had been unlicensed. That alone is a massive breach of safety.
And six smoke grenades had been thrown in the same spot. From my experience, just one or two grenades in the same spot can produce a thick smokescreen, and besides, anything more than two is a breach of TSR.
I swear, there is still not much of a safety culture in the SAF.

It begets more questions, like why did they use 6 smoke grenades? Were they trying to get rid of old stock? Why were there excess grenades.
I hope it dispels, once and for all, the notion that the chap died because he was "soft" or "weak".
