I'm only guessing that my weight gain is primarily muscle, because I really still look skinny, my cheeks are still concave, the veins on my arms have become more prominent, and my waist and hips have shrunk somewhat.
Maybe the Pilates really is kicking in. At the very least, it has to help to increase the flexibility in my lower back.... it used to get stiff and painful quite easily.

but then, i could dunk a basketball if i did a perfect runup and leap.. being that light meant i could jump a lot higher than if i was over 80kg

I wish my cheeks were concave sia!
I am getting veins that never used to exist on my arms and even lower abs. But I do not like the veins that appear on my temples sometimes. so ugly. :-x

the yoga alignment stuff i've been doing is also working wonders - holding a pose longer than my usual 10-30 seconds seems to have increased my flexibility
MPB is even more cuddly now.
He’s really like a soft toy. Very nice to hug
But for his sake he really needs to lose weight!!!!
how are u feeling elindra...
ur leg getting better?
Thanks for asking Acid.
Yeah but I seemed to have strained the muscle for the other side of my ankle
Sunday I went for acupuncture
Wah apparently the spot he stuck the needle in had a lot of nerve endings and it hurt like hell and I almost kicked his face
This is the 2nd time I kenna near the sole of my foot which is sibei pain sia.
For my leg and my arm injury I kenna like 12 needles total.
For someone who is needle phobic I think it’s amazing I’m still going there every week

later i asked how many, the physician said “ä¸记得了, 我看三å多å§”

Wah piang
12 needles to me already freaked me out ok
I was dripping with cold sweat. My phobia is pretty bad. I had my eyes shut tight and it does not help I feel a current run through me everytime he pokes me with a needle

Wow I didn't realised MPB looks so cute.
In other news he just told me he might be somewhere else next week
KNS :(
those nerve endings which you feel a jolt are pretty bad.. the worst is behind the knees...
what got me bad was when she put a couple of crocodile clips onto some of the needles and ran an actual current through it

EEEEEEKKKKKKKKK
I think I will cry with those.
This guy at AMK is pretty good actually. I'm seeing much faster results and I feel much better overall compared to Ma Kwang
but the pain was gone after the current..
i think it overwhelmed the nerves and you don't feel the pain

i had a similar treatment in UK - the electric simulation bit, no needles - and the pain was horrifying!

you can get a machine for that.. it's not painful.. i've got one too...
Osim and the other brands market it to guillable people who think stuff like that can "tone muscles" and help with slimming.. they're useless for that but excellent for pain management
ZOMG~
Boss bought donuts for us~~~
YAYYYYYY~ I was getting sooo hungry -___-
Anyway I hope my ankle recovers this week
I don’t think I can take another treatment on that point.
It’s so bloody scary :(

I don’t know about the toning and slimming part
But those machines are good as heck when I sprained my back.
I would hv died from pain without that zapper.
