Would you guys believe that my weight has shot up to nearly 67 kg....
At the same time, though, my abdominal fat seems to be going down.... the spare tyre's getting deflated, and my jeans are getting easier for me to fit into.
I've read that it's a side effect of that bigass injection I got in my butt a few weeks ago.... suffice to say that I've got a medical condition that's on a need-to-know basis.....

Good and bad, I guess....
Losing abdominal fat while gaining overall weight.... I'm guessing muscle.... all are side effects of that medication...

I seemed to have gained 2kg but I can't be sure if it's real or if it's due to using a different weighing machine.

Food intake: unchanged....
Exercise: running 4 times a week, 30 min Pilates on the other three days....
I've been doing this regime for some time.... I got quite a bit of a shock when I stepped on the weighing scale recently only to see my weight go north.
for me, food intake changed a lot... coz i figure i should not eat like i did when i was actually able to exercise
which accounts for stuff like today's lunch... instead of a foot-long and then snacks after, i stuck with a 6-inch and no snacks whatsoever
simple things like that allowed me to slowly lose weight..

Like KB, I'm going to try to add some lean mass now,
but without compromising my ability to fit into my size 28 jeans. Its going to be tricky. :P
i was size 28 half a lifetime ago...
same height as now, but i was only 65kg
