Good point... but then again, i think usual korean fares are already mostly spicy rite?? I'm not too sure on this...
Depends on the stomach of the guests lah.
I also eat spicy food in Singapore, but when go over USA. Their idea of spicy malaysian noodles just does not agrees with me. Flight or maybe crossing the time zone upset my stomach.
Besides, our spicy ingredients differs slight from Korean spicy, maybe because we have coconut milk?
Korean food also have non spicy stuff lah. Besides its easier to start off any new cuisine with the non spicy stuff so one can savour the taste of food before going into the spicy stuff.
Maybe can consider teochew porridge, chicken rice, bak chor mee before going into the curries, chilli crabs and so on.

Hi Master,
I hope you will not be upset ( And I apologise if I have made you angry unintentionally ) and think that I am trying to argue with you, but here is something which does support my recommendation of this restaurant:

hmmm... I think master was talking abt some cheese filled wantons thingy? risolette or something like tat de??? Though it sounds vegan but it looks damn tempting to me...Oh okay... maybe becoz it contains cheese...
Ooooohhhh....that reminds me.
I have ever made wanton with minced pork and lots of parmesan cheese wrapped inside in USA for my nephew, neice & sister......
Which is why, I swear by having a bottle of kraft parmesan cheese in the fridge everytime. Took me some time to find those bottles in Singapore.
And the parmesan cheese is fantastic to make scramble eggs with milk. Really makes the eggs taste good!

I have a craving for kimchi recently.
But until I borrowed that book on kimchi from the national library, and realised that most of the kimchi are flavoured with anchovies & mini prawns....and I am on vegetarian diet this month.
Totally cannot go eat kimchi.....

So its the 'this' then.
Weather so cold lately. Can order a ginseng chicken with glutinous rice soup.
Skip the seafood pancake. I think those are over rated.

Okies....time to shower, put on my make ups, wear my heels and go out for the appointment.
I hope it wont rain after this whole morning of cloudy skies.
Dont feel like bringing out the umbrella and have my stilettos sink into mud whenever I walk.
