Errrm.....it shouldnt take up too much space.....I think I will just bring it along.
With its cables, portable hard drive, mousepad, mike and earphones.....and those disc that I need to work on.

We'll need a laptop on our trip to Japan come July, as we'll be making hotel reservations on the fly as we travel from city to city there. I'm actually thinking of shelling out the US$300 or so to get one of the smaller netbooks for the trip.

I also regretted not getting a notebook in USA for travelling. They really are a lightweight and easy to lug around.
Buy a notebook with intel celeron instead of their linux stuff.
Or if you have the iphone similar 3g phone with internet surfing function will be good.
if possible, consider buying those notebooks from Japan, they have the newest fangled electronics afterall.

home... bought a big bagful of fruits... going to learn juicing..
i bought celery, apple, lemon, orange and i have got fresh milk at home..
any suggestion like tasty combination of the above...?

Leave the milk out of it because it will curdle. Apple and celery is nice. Play around with the portions until you get what you like.

I called the distributor who sold the chest freezer to my lab just now.....
Sales rep: What do you use the freezer for?
Me: To freeze deionized water to create ice samples.
Sales rep: Do you know that the freezer is not meant for freezing water into ice?
Me: Errr..... so what is the freezer for, then?
Sales rep: To store ice that has already been frozen beforehand.
Me: So how do I create the ice?
Sales rep: With another freezer, of course!
