  have... but the dunnoe wat he installed in my comp got error which causes my outlook not able to turn on... he have to use my comp to liaise with the support from US >.<

  Just now was a xdd who took my phone in. I couldn't scold him, because its the bloody technicians inside doing a lousy job.. not very fair to scold the front line ppl ..

  But I said, if you all make me come back for the 4th time, you all better replace a new phone for me..

  remember to ask him to email as well as fax over a copy to the service centre, and maybe copy to the main office as well. that was how I got a stupid computer company to send their support to service my PC on a weekend while I was doing NS, because the KNN people say got on-site warranty then later tell me they can come over only during office hours on weekdays, I told them I'm defending the bloody country, how?

  simei is near but the travelling time and going up to the service centre etc .. is not short..
