The mad rush reminds me of Jurong Point 2, which is now a bit quieter but has some gems. I don't see the point in a mad rush when maybe one-third of the stores aren't ready yet.

It's like..... once a new shopping mall opens, it suddenly becomes high on the list of 'Places To Go To Before You Die' of many Singaporeans....
I can still remember how my mom and aunts were crowing over the opening of Vivocity a few years ago and how they were agitating to go there.....
Sheesh, it's just another mall......

Jurong Point do have some speical anchor tenant as in stores not even found in e CBD area -

Go for a jog.... it helps ease the mind.
Last night I spent over an hour tearing my hair out trying to do a single tutorial question.
I went for a nice long jog, and once I got back and showered....... eureka!
