drivers ? .... oh shit ! ....
go make your apologies in the other topic..
just did ....
I still think they ought to be drowned slowly with the rising tide though ......
and my allegations against the NDU in particular, and the navy in general, still stands ... the diving circle knows that very well, about chaps who were selling navy diving supplies on the sly ....
haiz.. cigarette smuggling is the no.1 most lucrative racket on the planet..
more than drugs or anything else.. and the penalties are not as severe...
heck! even the cigarette manufacturers were done for smuggling before too!

that must also be a very lucrative source of income for our goverment .....
I dropped a fresh, virgin pack of ciggies while I was out playing last night ...
bought the pack at 7-11, got to the bar, reached into my pocket, and found no ciggies ! ....

how are you today ? feeling better ?
there was once in 1999, i clicked on "print" without looking at how many pages the manual was..
a little desktop laser printer spit out over 300 pages
Speaking of printers....
Most of my lab equipment are really old.... as my prof said, 'Some of them could be as old as you are'.....
The printer that's attached to my frequency analysis equipment is so old, it doesn't even use cartridges. Instead it uses a small marker pen attached to the printer head to draw the graphs that I need.
No kidding.... marker pen. And it can hold only one sheet of paper at a time.
I'm suffering from the friday syndrome ....
distracted .... can't be productive ...

hey.. a few weeks ago, they sent a daisywheel printer and one of those "metal golf ball" type printers for condemnation
i think they were just sitting in the storeroom for a decade or more, waiting to be officially condemned

yeah.. but i needed the manual
the stupid vendor stacked that manual with a lot of nonsensical "page dividers" and dunno what else...
after the printout (it fried the dunno what rod inside.. i had to change it) i took it to the shops to get it bound..
