  someone reminded us of one of the guys who passed on a year ago.. and his hilarious way of dealing with email quota at work...

  his method was: select all, drag to trash, empty trash..

  voila!! within quota!

  yeah.. thing is right now, i can't risk archiving my stuff yet... the server's gone a bit nuts lately and whatever i try to even move to other folders have disappeared... archiving stuff = i lose about 30% of the stuff..

  so i'm leaving everything in the inbox..

  i've got a 63MB quota.. i'm at 995MB now

  that's the thing.. it archives into my HDD of the PC..

  but the Lotus Notes server is a bit nuts.. and "loses" some emails along the way when archiving or even moving them around for housekeeping..

  so better safe than sorry until the end of the project..

  nah.. it's over soon.. the annual report will be printed come hell or high water by 1st week of april..

  thing is, the idiot boss isn't helping.. more management by remote control...

  she looks at the bloody layout, doesn't say anything for 1 1/2 weeks, waits until the poor vendor lays out the whole thing according to the look of that page, then she tells me to go tell the vendor that she doesn't like that page.. 1 1/2 weeks!!

  i think the vendor is going to have a stroke...
