it's not that much. when i was growing up, i had one for breakfast while my parents had two each. that's not counting those in other meals.
i like eggs..
most i had was a day before going on the massive roadtrip in uni.. we had 7 oversized eggs (about 67-72g each) so i made a 7-egg omelette and wolfed it down
