she didn't miss, just cannot avoid it?
bad to say such sweeping statements, but some ladies rreally shouldn't be driving. I've seen several female drivers that cannot even park (not parallel parking).
There was once I saw this one that was already in the midst of parking when I entered the first floor of the carpark. After I went to the 2nd floor and found a lot, parked, arranged my stuff, etc, i went down and she still never even enter the lot................. That time I've droven less than 1 year.

OK, I shouldn't laugh because that's pretty tragic, but it's really quite funny.
