tare....wait till your boss/HR says who takes over then pass them the files. if they don't say anything, ask them...in writing. at least got record you ask. -
just ask.. in email... with a return receipt so that you can prove that they read the damned thing...
and do your "due diligence" if they do not reply with "a gentle reminder" again wtih a return receipt
if they do not, just print out the SOP for your position, and a copy of the first time you ask, return receipt, reminder, return receipt..
keep a copy of all that too...
if they still do not when it's time for you to leave, you just walk off.. they can suck on it if they try to accuse you of not handing over.. you can say "i asked.. twice... you read it both times but you didn't give a shit"

suggest you handover the soonest - tmr if possible.
somehow, the bz one will have no time to learn, the bochup one will 'learn' but will forget
when you handover, rem to get the person to write down impt points.
