i think fish in congee should be ok since it's been cooked like for hours. steamed fish - that's another story.

*taking a break from work*
Ironically, even after just three hours of sleep last night.... I seem to be less sleepy right now than when I slept six hours! And I didn't even drink any coffee!
Normally I sleep six hours at night, and my body cannot function properly at this time of the day without taking a short nap. Last night I slept just three hours, and I'm still functioning well right now.
What's happening to me?

I'm still feeling pretty wired right now. I'm kinda surprised that the crash hasn't come yet.
Just waiting for my ice samples to set so that I can process them for tomorrow. Tomorrow is gonna be one long marathon of experiments for me.
Hopefully all goes well tomorrow.... still no good results up till now.
"coffee beans".. another euphermism for "vit B" specifically for kopi
