our bonus chop into half de... u get half of it in dec another half in june... i lugi my half if i go now lor....

When you tender tomorrow, say you'll work until a certain date (maybe end next week or something) then the rest you'll pay notice in lieu?

cos appt letter they very clever put 5.5 day wk... then we only work once every 2mth, the sats we dun is co GIVE us off de... so when we tender, no more 'benefit'... so have to come back...

You're not paying the whole notice period mah .. you will still throw letter and be around for a while. Your lady boss need to find alternative ppl to learn from you. If not, too bad for them.
At most u give them 2 weeks, then u pay for the last 2 weeks notice ..

idk but in tis co. apparently they can, since it's not explicitely stated otherwise... our employment letter and staff handbook is especially brief... they cover their backside very well de...
well ... methinks just grit your teeth, curse them, but diam diam and guai guai do what they want and move on lor ....

that is THEIR problem, not yours...why bother?
actually on your bonus...now only 2 months, at least not much of a loss but usually if we leave miday, we sometimes negotiate with new company to pay us the bonus. it's tough but possible.

the best thing is to just take it and let the new co pay off the notice period
